Newsletter - Father's Heart for the Orphans - Mrt 2021 3/3

 Good day beloved

What a glorious time invested in the orphans. We were honored to be invited to minister at an orphanage during the feast of unleavened bread. Deut 16:14; Deut 26:12; James 1:27; Deut 10:18

The Lord had a very powerful Word for them. I shared with them how God adopted orphans like Moses, Samuel and Esther. He used them mightily in His Kingdom to deliver His people, to appoint Kings, Judge His people and teach the children of God the Word of the Lord. When you think about it Joseph also adopted Jesus and raised Him. Jesus after getting to the age of 30 ministered mightily and gave His Life to Save all humanity from their sins. After He was Risen from the dead Jesus gave us instruction through His apostles to preach His Word to all Nations.

The Everlasting Father also put it in our hearts to give these children a warm meal. So in faith we did just that. Please pray with us, God willingly, we would love to do monthly outreaches to the orphanages He shows us.

Someone offered their kitchen up to do this work and therefore we started to prepare the food by faith believing that our Father would do a miracle and multiply the food when we served it to the children.

I just want to thank Jesus for my wife Ilse, my mother, my friend Albert-John and my daughter Abigail who had it in their hearts to help me prepare the meal so I could execute the vision that Jesus gave me. We could see how He multiplied the food while we were still preparing. Feeding 123 people was a first for us but our Helper the Holy Spirit faithfully guided us all the way.

Seeing the faces of the children smiling and being thankful was worth it. After the group of smaller children finished eating the pot that I dished from was less than half when they told me the group of bigger children as well as the 25 workers and volunteers have not been served jet. I thought to myself we need more food, but then the peace of God came over me and I felt that He has called me to do this so I can trust Him. Everything happened so quickly, after everyone had enough the was still about a quarter left in the two chicken pots as well as a full pressure cooker pot that we could bless them with. Praise be to God, our Father Jesus Christ Who multiplies what we have.

We also sang a couple of song and the children enjoyed it so much. Some of them just wanted me to sing more songs.

Please continue to pray for us:

There is still so much work that needs to be done here at the community:

We urgently need to get the counseling room ready. What we need is:

    *    IBR galvanized iron for the roof- and screws to fit it.

    *    Paint

    *    quarter rounders for the ceilings

    *    Skirtings

We are still trusting for provision for cupboards for kitchen and bedrooms, plumbing and building work that needs to be  done in the missionary house

We have been invited to minister in the Western Cape for 10 days in April.

Praise our Father because our accommodation is provided. We do trust Him however for the transport cost.

Thank you for all your continued prayers and support for the work of the Kingdom and for the provision of everything in our daily lives. Phil 4:7
